I think I did 95 lbs x 5, 100 lbs x 2 or 3, and 105 lbs
Conditioning WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Wall ball shots, 14lb pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings,35lb
5 Rounds + 5 pull-ups, 10 wall balls, and 1 KBS RX
(well don't think I got legit chest to bar each rep doing kipping pull-ups)
