AMRAP 20 Minutes:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

10 Second L-Sit and L-Hang (alternate between the 2 each round)
10 Pull Ups
10 Ring Push Ups


7 ROUNDS

(I ROCKED the kipping pull-ups even though I ripped my left hand!! :))
