Strength

20 Minutes to establish a max load for the following complex:

2 Deadlifts- 2 Squat Clean- 2 Shoulder To Overhead (hands on the bar for the entire complex)

Conditioning WOD

You have a 25 minute time-limit to perform 5 Rounds, each for time of:

5 Clean & Jerks
10 Burpees
15 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
