Warm Up/Agility

Ladder Drills x 5min

Strength

Find thruster 5 rep max Got 80 or 85 lbs x 4 (could have got 5 w/ longer break)

Conditioning WOD

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following rep scheme below:

3 Barbell Thrusters 65 lbs RX
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups RX (not sure if got chest level ea time)
6 Barbell Thrusters
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
9 Barbell Thrusters
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups

+ 5 thrusters in next round
