For as many reps as possible:
1 Minute of Toes to Bar started out all TTB, then KTEs
2 Minutes of Burpees
3 Minutes of Parallette Push Ups (on my knees)
4 Minutes of Double KB Front Squats,2 x 7.5 kg
3 Minutes of Parallette Push Ups
2 Minutes of Burpees
1 Minute of Toes to Bar
161 reps (talk about failure due to arm fatigue with the push-ups and burpees!!)
