3 Rounds:

20 Hurdle Burpees over 12″ parallette
10 Squat Snatch,
(45 lbs, I sucked ass at these!)

3 Rounds:

20 Pull Ups (skinny band, had to revert to a couple jumping)
10 Shoulder Press (45lbs)

3 Rounds:

20 Ring Rows
10 Turkish Get Ups (15 lbs, 10 lbs, 10 lbs)
