Odd Objects Challenge Du’Jour

As a warm-up, athletes will rotate through as many rounds in 10 min

5 “Junkyard tire-flips” (athete flips tire, then jumps through to the middle and over to the other side = 1 rep)
100m Sandbag Run (scale with medballs)
20 Sledgehammer Tire Strikes

Hang Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3

95 lbs, 97.5 lbs x 1

Brent did 225 lbs x 3!!

Conditioning WOD

3 Rounds For time:

15 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters, 65 lbs (did 15 round 1, then 10 reps round 2 & 3)
15 Stick Jumps, 20″ rx
15 Toes To Bar pretty much rx
